Working with Properties
The Working with Properties course is designed to introduce you to fundamental functionality within Rest Professional to effectively manage your Property Management tasks. You will also learn the skills and knowledge to manage arrears and maintenance and Ingoing and Outgoing Tenant processes as well.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- Utilise the Portfolio Check, Action Diary and the Tenant Status screen
- Manage tenants in arrears
- Create a mail merge template
- Manage the Property Maintenance process
