Working with Tenancies
The Working with Tenancies course is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental tenant functionality within Rest Professional to undertake Property Management tasks. You will learn the skills and knowledge around maintaining and reviewing critical tenancy information such as lease renewal.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- Manage the Property Inspection process
- Update lease start and end dates Review tenancy rent
- Process tenant invoices
- Update files when a tenant vacates
- Process a tenant refund
- Account for overpaid rent
- Archive the Tenant file
